Workshop on Human Resources

A full day Workshop  on “HR –the Driving Force in an Organisation” was conducted on  13 March 2018 at the Chamber Auditorium. The Resource person was Mr. Meditha Karunatillaka,with over 23 years of experience in HR Management. Some of the topics discussed were Overview of HR functions, Role of  Head of HR ,motivation of staff and people’s first attitude. The program was well attended and beneficial for Members involved in the human resources sector..
