The certificate Awards Ceremony of the Entrepreneurship Management Course conducted by IHRA of the Colombo University in association with the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka was held on 18^th January 2013 at 10.00 a.m at Hotel Hilton . The chief guest for the occasion was Mr Gotabaya Rajapaksa, Secretary Ministry of Defence who gave away the certificates to the Small and Medium Entrepreneurs who had successfully passed the Certificate Course. 33 SMEs received the certificates.
