“How to Make people want to work for you, and never leave…”

The National Chamber of Commerce  in collaboration with The HR Consortium (Pvt) Ltd held a half day Seminar on  “ How to make People Want to Work For you….”  on  18 January 2018 at the Chamber Auditorium.

The seminar focused on strategies that a Company can implement to make a transition from the  Traditional Workforce to a Knowledge-based workforce; as today it is a challenge to retain employees;  job seekers search for a work environment to adjust to their requirements, with  flexible schedules.
