National Chamber Conducts Half Day Seminar on ‘Practical Time Management’

A  half day seminar on “Practical Time Management” will be held  on Friday, 30 October 2015 from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm at the National Chamber Auditorium  No. 450, D R Wijewardena Mawatha, Colombo 10.

The topics covered would  be ‘How to organize your workstation, Effective use of 5W1H method, Designing and controlling forms for productivity, Using Annotated Agendas and action oriented minutes, Planning and managing projects, Early morning routine in Home and Office, Productive telephone techniques, Productive writing and emailing, Using electronic devices effectively, Delegating and motivating, Sorting long and short terms goals and prioritizing, Handling meetings and conducting virtual meetings and using dash boards effectively.

During this half day seminar the facilitator will speak on how to be more effective in your job, deliver superior results, be an organized and efficient employee by practicing tried and  tested  time management techniques.

This is aimed at CEOs, Senior Managers, Operational Managers, Senior Executives and Business Professionals who want greater control of their time, management style and life.

Facilitator would be Mr Sunil G Wijesinha a well-known trainer and consultant on productivity, quality and Japanese management techniques. He has conducted public seminars on varied management topics as well as in-house seminars for clients on customized topics.  Mr Wijesinha, has held many CEO positions, blends theory and practice and will touch on techniques he has used himself, on a daily basis. He is a Chartered Engineer, Chartered Management Accountant and holds a MBA.
