National Chamber  Holds a Session with  the  High Commissioner of South Africa

 A session on “Bilateral Trade between Sri Lanka &  South Africa ” with the High Commissioner of South Africa  H.E. G.Q.M Doidge  will be  held on  Friday 23 October  2015  from 3.00 to 4.30 p.m at the Chamber Auditorium No 450 D R Wijewardene Mw,Colombo -10.  The High Commissioner of South Africa will grace the occasion as the Special Guest Speaker. At this  session the  members will get an opportunity to discuss business related  issues and  any other  information with regard to business  and other services available in South Africa.

South Africa is a middle-income, emerging market with an abundant supply of natural resources; well-developed financial, legal, communications, energy, and transport sectors, and a stock exchange that is Africa’s largest and among the top 20 in the world !  South Africa is often called the ‘Rainbow Nation’, a term  given by the former Archbishop, Desmond Tutu, which describes the country’s multicultural diversity , one nation made up of different  people, with 11 different official languages.
