The High Commissioner of Pakistan, H.E. Qasim Qureshi, was the Special Guest at the presentation/discussion on “Bilateral Trade between Sri Lanka and Pakistan” held on 20 February 2014 from 1500 h to 1630 h at the Chamber Auditorium, The High Commissioner was accompanied by the First Secretary of the High Commission. A comprehensive presentation  with detailed information was given covering all aspects of trade with Pakistan, and the items in demand in Pakistan, such as tea, rubber, beetle leaves etc, which are available for export from  Sri Lanka. The participants also had an opportunity to have a close discussion and interaction with the High Commissioner.
