A MOU was signed today 29 April 2013 between the National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL)  and Belrusian Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BelCCI) at the chamber office. Mrs Dubova Tatsiana, Deputy Director General Minsk Department signed on behalf of Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BelCCI) and Mr Thilak Godamanna, Snr. Deputy President signed on behalf of The National Chamber of Commerce of Sri Lanka (NCCSL)
